Whether the interview was well done or professional is worthy of debate and discussion. But the quality of the interview Ms. Lacy performed is a subjective matter and not the main issue. The issue to me is NOT whether she did a good job interviewing Zuckerberg; it’s whether or not the crowd reaction was reasonable or appropriate.
I wonder if the reaction would have been different had interviewer been male instead of female? The stereotype of computer professionals having social skills issues was well fed by the behavior of some in the crowd.
Write about the interview on your blog or column after it’s over. To take it over with boorish behavior is simply bad form.
