By now anyone who is active in this space has gained word of the stunts pulled by The AP. To add insult to their own injury, The AP has updated their content sharing policy to a pay per word model. I don’t have much to say about the matter, other than I wanted to help spread the word, for The AP is setting a terrible example that should never be followed. Do your part, read news elsewhere and from people who support web ideals.
