The Fan Page Forum App looks great for engagment. Were you referring to a specific app for FAQ's? There is no link there and I haven't been able to find one that looks great.

All of these apps seem like they will be very useful but I really like the fan page forum app. I think this will make communication with our team much easier to follow rather than having to jump around from group to group.
Also, the FAQ app will provide quick refference for my new team members to find answers to common questions.
