Thought provoking article! I think the key is that we all need to focus on WHAT we want to achieve and WHY - and then make sure that we are being open minded, flexible and keeping ahead of the curve in the HOW we need to delver it. So as you say, today it may be one set of tools - and tomorrow another. This is no different to the past - other than the speed of chnage has got so much faster. It took years and years for conusmers to dopt new tools as they emerged like radio, TV and internet etc - now it happens so fast.
