Very nice post. I have got a few more twitter resources to explore.
Have you thought of listing apps which allow you twitter and facebook management ? I would also love to hear your thoughts on what features an application should have if they do twitter and facebook monitoring and management.

Nice post Pam. Very knowledgeable. Well, thought we should also let you know of a unique research and analytical tool for Twitter that is not in your list. 247tweetview gives an insight about your company/product performance on Twitter. The tweets from the entire twitter platform is mapped and analyzed to give a complete picture about your customers’ experience. You can know from which geography, what product/service is being discussed, whether it is in a negative or positive tone. Also you can know the medium which your customer prefers to be reached on. Sentiment analysis including a customer experience score is highlighted. You can also map your company/product against competition, either global or specific to a region. Today close to 300 Fortune 500 companies have registered to learn about their customers’ experience. The best part is that you don’t need to have a twitter account to get this information.
All the analysis is realtime. If you are interested to know more about this, register yourselves at www.247tweetview.com. Else you may wish to have a chat with our Chief Marketing Officer, V Bharathwaj who will be able to give more info about this.
