Great list of questions here - thanks. I was wondering, have you had any luck with evaluating the comparability of sources used between vendors? For example, does the same query return the same results using different vendors?
From a research perspective I think its really important to know you've captured or are sampling from as complete a source as possible. But I'm still waiting for a decent response on this...
Would be good to hear your thoughts.
