Finding influencers is easy. It's also easy to avoid. Just like networking, sales prospecting or seeking anything in life, there's many little things we can do. If we decide influencer outreach is important and part of our jobs, we make it a habit to do the items above and focus on the ones that work. Automate whatever else you have to. Building relationships with influencers is a human to human function and well worth the effort.

Good insights on the topic. But it isvery difficult for an advertisers or media agency to find best suitable social influencer on facebook or twitter. However, I got to know about few websites like fromote.com, IZEA, etc. that connects social influencers and advertisers. Thus making it easy for both sides.
