"Help A Customer Out" has to be a favorite of mine here. I think one of the pivotol value propositions afforded by social media is the luxury of being able to integrate into conversation with customers. It's not always "sell," it's not always push. Often it's just being there to converse and provide information which ultimately builds the trust between brand and consumer.
