Hi Debra, 

Thanks for providing an easily understood infographic on tips for tweets. For many businesses, it can be hard to see the direct impact on sales from your social media activities. These tips will help them get in the right direction. 

Personally, I think it's also essential to see what the top brands on Twitter are doing to drive real results for their businesses. Obviously they're doing something right!
