Did you know that the top four most valuable brands in the world are all tech companies? And leading them all is the gutsier and more aggressive Google, which has overtaken Apple for the No. 1 spot, by a margin of almost $11 billion.
Men are generally known to lead the space when it comes to adopting new technologies, but it is us women who are heavily influencing future mobile technology trends. Not really a surprise since we know that it is women who are the more social gender and use Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter to check in multiple times a day.

Marketers have known for years that word of mouth marketing (WOMM) is the most credible form of advertising because promoters don’t stand to gain anything personally by recommending the product and are even willing to put their own reputations on the line.
In working with nonprofits, I have found that these organizations have a unique set of concerns when engaging with donors and stakeholders through social media. Questions around sharing sensitive information and wasting time on social media are on the minds of nonprofit agencies.
You’ve seen them, signed up for them, shared them with your friends, regretted them and finally, wished you hadn’t joined in the first place. Daily deal sites started out as an exciting concept – a group of people commit to purchasing a deal and when a specified number of people sign up, the deal is on! Why the stress?
