Indeed. However, Facebook as business / marketing tool isn't working as it should, or at least not as we wish. Generating stisfactory results in facebook, that justify the money we invest in, have become a pretty messi task.

I like this article/blog because the writer has mentioned the reality in this post. I agree with the thoughts mentioned above. These days, facebook has become the part and parcel of most of the net users specially teens. Now facebook has become a source of connecting people and for businesses it has become a source of generating traffic and awareness regarding their products and services.
