Thank you for a great article Jon. I enjoy what you said about leverging those superfans. One way my acengy leverages some of our clients superfans is to gamify their experience. A lot of superfans are hungry for influence and recognition, right? One way we appease this is by gamifying their experience on Facebook via the app Booshaka. The concept is your earn points for commenting, liking, and sharing. Top scoring fans are chosen each week and get a Facebook post, featured on our cover photo, and free product. Leveraging superfans and gamifying their experience on Facebook allowed Disruptive Marketing to more than 3x cunsomer engagement in less than two days.
