Personalization, One-to-one experience, exclusivity is also a failure of F-commerce sites today.
Facebook give a lot of valuable information about fans profiles (interests, age, sex, etc.) and how many Facebook Applications use it ? a few!
Imagin a F-commerce app displaying only products made for you, or for your friends, only available on Facebook, you can rate for better future product suggestion... it's more sexy san a partial duplication of an ecommerce website ;)
