    Well, i belive there are some systems that can do it. I can speak only for myself, but our SALESmanago solution seems to be able to do things you mentioned. Automation rules can be triggered with social events, like sharing, liking or coment on our content. Rest of it is the same as we all know from Marketing Automation systems.

    I'm seeing a lot of manual processing and research here... but not actual "marketing automation".  Where is the system that you can build these rules into and actually generate automated messaging processes and measure the conversion results on?
