Its a very good article. Like Atul wrote, the quotes are very inspiring. Im sure gonna include it as a reference when I present my social media strategy to my boss :)

Engage...engage..engage! It dosen't hurt to ask your fans questions either. It will make you a better business for doing it.
Social presence isn't just being on FB...It's the interaction. I see so many businesses being stiff that I will unlike thier pages for the simple fact that they are overly self-promoting and not engaging.

Every aspiring Social media community manager should read this peiece of writing. Not just read, it should be executed to design brand strategy. You used brilliantly quotes in this article and it inspired me. It very right even one single comment and update defines your brand personality and very few people understand this. I found social media scientist write long written articles and presents big science behind social media but when it comes implent it for brand I didn't found aliveness in their strategy. A very good article from Mumbaikar, feeling very good. Keep coming it.
