Millennials are expressing themselves in a unique way, which is more like Facebook than that of a digital CRV or online resume. Did you know that the average age of a LinkedIn user is 43? Meet Identified.com. It’s a new network that has emerged to connect younger professionals with one another and also the businesses that hope to hire them. Brendan Wallace is co-CEO and he joins us for this episode of Revolution to share insights into millennial behavior and what businesses need to think about to nurture a collaborative, rewarding and connected workforce.
