The Modern Travel Blogger [INFOGRAPHIC]
Posted on October 4th 2013
The folks at the Sandymount Hotel based in Dublin seem to know a great deal about social media marketing, their blog is packed with really cool and interesting articles and they have just published a superb infographic called An Infographic Profile of the Modern Travel Blogger.
The reason they have published this infographic now is because today marks the start of the TBEX European Conference - the world’s largest gathering of travel bloggers, writers and new media content creators which is based in their city Dublin.
The infographic starts off by providing information about how old travel bloggers are on average and weather they are male or female. Next up there are pictures showing what technology travel bloggers own such as cameras and mobile phones. The 3rd section shows which countries travel bloggers most commonly visit and the 4th part is about travel writers and their blogs. Finally there is information about which social networks travel bloggers most commonly use to promote their stuff and then stats about them making money.
Check out the infographic below and then please let me know what your thoughts are by commenting or posting on FB or Twitter.
