Hi Gini, I personally experienced social media crisis before. Luckily, I realized one thing. When social media crisis happen, there must have people who do personal attack (which is not related at all to the crisis), and this is the best time to solve the problem and keep their mouths shut up.
One guy attacked my event on Facebook. He attacked my family members as well. I used this apportunity to asked him to say sorry and he did and the whole social media crisis stopped.
It seems that personal attack is bad, but in fact, it is good to stop them.
