Thanks for that, Jason! The companies that are able to showcase their 'human' side will be so successful at social media. There are already many good examples out there. What I think is cool about companies like Red Bull and Coke is that they aren't afraid to make it all about human stuff...and nothing about how much the product costs. Yet, who's profitable now?
Sep 17 Posted 5 years ago People for better or worse still basically enjoy the "human" touch. I 've learned that people buy from those that they like, trust, and know.
