Thanks for that, Jason! The companies that are able to showcase their 'human' side will be so successful at social media. There are already many good examples out there. What I think is cool about companies like Red Bull and Coke is that they aren't afraid to make it all about human stuff...and nothing about how much the product costs. Yet, who's profitable now?
