"It's important to figure out how each of your locations differs and who your customers are because these are the people you want to market to. You also need to consider the strengths and challenges of each of your locations and how your audience is interacting with you on social. Take a holistic approach for your over-arching brand and business goals, but really become familiar with the locations themselves, their product and what makes them unique."
How Do You Measure Success On Social For Your Different Locations?
"There are standards that we set across all of our locations, but some restaurants do have sub-goals which we want to achieve. As we are so well-known and familiar in our market areas, it's easy for us to fall from top of mind. Subsequently, one of our biggest challenges is maintaining awareness and increasing customer visits to keep us growing in those markets. It's important to us to put our restaurants at the forefront so we are not viewed as a corporate chain. We're a boutique restaurant company and we want to celebrate that."
