Marketers have been tackling and taming social media for more than a decade now, and fortunately, the social media networks and tools have matured along the way.
Social has proven its worth in helping brands increase awareness, spark engagement and build community. Yet, many marketers are still operating in the same way they did 10 years ago, broadcasting the same message across all channels, despite each platform having it's own distinct audience.
