Powered by Shareablee data, the top U.S. brands across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for each respective industry are shown in the ranking below.
National Geographic (Media Publisher) was the top overall brand capturing more than 30.8 million total actions led by Instagram photos celebrating Earth Day. NBA (Sports) scored second place with 21.8 million social actions, driven by posts celebrating San Antonio Spurs' Kawhi Leonard winning the Kia NBA Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season.
Victoria's Secret (Fashion) was third in the ranking with 5.8 million actions, also scoring the highest actions per post behind National Geographic by featuring photos of its Angels at Coachella, modeling the brand's new line, and the on the cover of Vogue Spain.
Of the top ten, T-Mobile (Telecom) saw the highest growth in social engagement over the previous week at 75% due to a 1,837% increase in video actions driven by its Facebook posts surrounding Coachella.
