From February 1 - February 7, 2016, U.S. brands and properties captured 531 million total actions (likes, shares, comments) from Facebook posts. Powered by Shareablee data, the top brand on Facebook for each respective industry is shown in the ranking below. Tasty (Media Publisher) topped the ranking with more than 7.9 million Facebook actions, followed by Super Bowl 50 champs Denver Broncos (Sports) with nearly 3.9 million actions. Tasty's video recipe tutorials account for the majority of the media publisher's content, with Guacamole Onion Rings leading the pack. The Denver Broncos' top Facebook posts featured quarterback Peyton Manning, as well as countdowns to the Super Bowl.
Of the top performing brands, Bose (Consumer Electronics) saw the highest growth in Facebook actions over the previous week at more than 7,000%, driven by a 230% increase in posts, most of which promoted NFL players wearing the brand's headphones on their way to the Super Bowl.
