You're welcome, Justin! I agree. The world of business is a constant, changing environment and we all have to keep up with it to succeed. :) Thanks for your comment as well and take care.
Great article, Nathan! Thanks for sharing! What are your insights with this article, btw? http://www.blog.infinit-o.com/4-proven-effective-ways-build-customer-trust-social-media/
We published it to let our readers know that social media is a great way to build customer loyalty. I believe it also starts by giving out excellent customer service through it. Your article just did it right! =)
Thanks for these! Wondeful compilation. =)
Social media has easily captured every type of customer (or I might say, people) these days. Almost every type of industry benefits from its uses as well... There's no surprise that even the healthcare industry can use it to improve their services as well. Social media made it possible for consumers and providers to easily communicate. Thanks for these tips, Eric, by the way. :)

Love your post. I was also using Facebook events and I realize a lot of my friends tend to ignore it because they don’t use Facebook more frequently now than before. I’m going to celebrate my birthday next week and the event I created for my celebration doesn’t seem to be effectively working now – it actually worked last year! The realization you have kind of paralleled with mine as well…
It’s really time for every business owner to rethink their social media marketing strategies – not just at this moment, but more recurrently. It’ll help them improve. Loved your tips! We published a similar article on our blog last Monday… Maybe you’ll also find this interesting: http://www.blog.infinit-o.com/rethinking-your-social-media-strategy-in-2014/
Let me know what you think!
Thank you so much, too!
