Since becoming a supplier of a completely different type of EFM I have learnt about so many different meanings to the term EFM.
In terms of what we are talking about here I think there is always value in taking onboard feedback from people connected to any business, whether it's internal or external. What name we give this is irrelevant to me, what's important is that we listen to the needs of our customers and employees and take onboard any constructive criticism to try and improve all round as an organisation.
