Good stuff. I'd like to see the previous posts, will follow the next. Seems to me that the successful market models have always used community curation, engagement, and support as key building blocks in growing subscription for teh use of products, services, and tools.
The BC model may continue by the very nature of the information age to dleiver too much of its own product, leading people to greater impulsivity, impatience, and inaction from TMI.
