As the brand marketing leader for SAP Community Network for 6 years, I drove that SAP sub-brand's distinctive messaging, value proposition, audience engagement tactics and member monetization for this highly-regarded 2 million-member B2B community. I claim many firsts at SAP, including Initiating the extension of community to branded social media channels, inclusion of social strategies in product marketing programs and now governing SAP's strategic digital/social presence across all products and geographies.


I've built and managed dynamic high-performing marketing teams at SAP and Palm who drove change, established best practices and exceeded goals consistently. I thrive in ambiguous environments, working with internal and external experts to develop and articulate strategies and programs to effectively serve customers.
