She is responsible for developing and implementing the company's enterprise social business strategy, knowledge management practices and processes, and collaborative intranet and extranet platforms. In addition, Gloria serves as chairperson of the Unisys Knowledge & Collaboration Stakeholder's Council and Intranet Steering Committee. She is the company's senior thought leader in enterprise social business, workplace collaboration and culture transformation. Prior to Unisys, Gloria spent 14 years with Booz & Co. as a its global manager and was for the development of the firm's enterprise social business technology platform and engagement knowledge management lifecycle processes. Gloria is a subject matter expert in enterprise social business transformation, knowledge management, and culture transformation. She is a featured blogger and conference presenters on these topics. Recently Gloria was named by Information Week Magazine as #2 in its list of The Top Ten Social Business Leaders of 2013.
