With over 11 years of experience working with digital and technology companies, Greg Gerik is currently the principal of Gerik & Company, a digital consultancy focused on helping Fortune 500 companies achieve better sales and results in ecommerce and digital marketing programs. He was most recently the Vice President of Product Marketing and Industry for Shoutlet, a social media and consumer insights technology company. At Shoutlet, his team helped Fortune 500 companies optimize their digital strategies and achieve better sales and insights from their digital marketing efforts. Prior to joining Shoutlet, he worked at 3M as a digital leader for the Global eTransformation Team at 3M. At 3M his team was charged with driving world-class online interaction, content, strategy and customer experience to 3M and 3M global partners. He led corporate initiatives and developed a digital roadmap for global replication. Accomplishments at 3M also include a consolidated data analytics platform and the first interactive PGA tournament. He also held global leadership roles for the 3M Consumer & Office Business working with brands such as Post-it®, Scotch® and Nexcare™. Greg came to 3M from Thomson Reuters and previously practiced law for a technology start-up. He also holds a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a Communications degree from Texas A&M University.
