Head of Social and Digital Media, APJ, Intel | @jamshedwadiaJamshed Wadia: Intel Asia Pacific and Japan - Head of Social and Digital Media
I have over 18 years of experience in marketing and sales, with specific expertise across digital marketing, social media, eCommerce, product marketing, retail marketing and sales management.
I currently head the Social and Digital Media at Intel Asia-Pacific and Japan and lead all the strategy and the execution across digital content, paid media, digital platforms and analytics. Prior to leading social and digital at Intel APJ, I have held senior roles in the sales and co-marketing organization, managing Japanese OEM business across Asia Pacific at Intel. The 13 over years of regional responsibilities has given me an extensive knowledge of the Asia Pacific and Japan region with a strong understanding of the culture and how to successfully lead diverse but collaborative teams. All these skills have also been further strengthened because of the product, marketing, retail marketing and retail sales roles that I have done at Wirpro, H&R Johnson and Tangerine at the beginning of my career.
I hold a 'Masters in Business Administration' and 'Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering'. I am also an avid blogger and micro blogger and have been voted many times in the media for my reach and influence on those mediums. My blog, Corridor Conversations, is available at: http://www.corridorconversations.com and my Twitter handle is: @JamshedWadia
