Denny, I can't imagine using Twitter now without my lists. There is no way I could keep up with my streams without those lists. I love your quote "You are what you tweet and re-tweet". I think it's okay at times to add a little of your own personality into it so people know you are REAL.
You mention Feedly, what about Triberr? I do like Triberr for sharing but I am selective on which posts I share there.

Thank you Jason for responding to my questions. I have received one similar type email from a person when they go on vacation, they leave a funny video clip til they get back :) Very unique as well. I can see how the video would work in that way.
Hi Dan, I have had McDonald's tweet to me a few times, mostly from check-ins via Foursquare. Lowe's is the best at it from what I've experienced.
You would think they would have someone at these companies monoriting mentions 24/7. Why have a Twitter account if you are not going to answer questions from customers? It is the quickest way to get answers when a company responds there. Much better than waiting on the phone after going through many messages and push this and that button.
I had not thought of this one, what an awesome idea. I'm sure it would get customers attention more than the regular old text emails that come and go all day long. Have you been able to measure the success using them?
Excellent point Brett - I often wondered why they tweet stuff with FB llinks and half the time you can't even view the pages unless you are logged in. It can be somewhat annoying. If it is done for a major announcement or something of that sort I don't mind as much. But for just posting pictures and other "stuff" it can be quite the turn off.
