My chiropractor/wellness centre (who is now a client) has an amazing charity offer and has been doing it for years:
In December for those staff that wish to particicpate: they provide one FREE treatment and you donate to one of 2 charities what you think the service is valued. (Food bank & another charity which changes each year). you get a tax receipt.
What's great about it -- you know it's coming so you plan for it in your 'donation budget'. Last year I wrote a cheque for $365 - representing $1 per day for a food bank. He was soooo overwhelmed that he was emotional when he thanked me. It was the nicest feeling that I have had in years.
He also has a box for the food bank.
I wrote a blog about how to "ask" for a referral... I think it's better to prime what I call the "matchmaker" on what's a good fit., what they should listen for...

Is it appropriate to use the hashtag twice for the same word as per AURORA? Thanks.
The link to wrong to "Resonate Marketing", can you please provide the link to the exact page where the study is?
TIP: use the HTML that will open a separate window when referring to a link... it's easier for us to return to the article... and if we start viewing that site and click to multiple pages... we'll never get back to you!
