Common Knowledge AssociatesDr. Dixon is a researcher and consultant working with clients to understand the impact of change initiatives they have employed. She conducts qualitative studies using in-depth interviews and ethnographic tools. She is the author of eight books as well as over 50 articles that focus on how organizations learn.
