Nice article Jason... you can never have enough brand ambassadors. One additional task employees can do is to monitor all networks for their company chatter. The sooner you discover chatter the sooner you can respond to it, both positive and negative.

Thanks for the comment Clark. I'm not sure they will get so many messages. I have not seen or heard that is a problem. Let's hope that their fans will be considerate and if the page owner sets their security permissions properly it would prevent non-friends from sending messages. Thanks again for your comment!
Good point Lauren. Yes, we must remember to represent your brand professionally!! Thank you for your comment!!
Jessica, I agree, most radio stations have not grasped the power of being able to engage it's listeners using social media. We have several stations in our area that see the big picture and are blazzing ahead of the competition. WSLC 94.9 Star Country has an incredible Facebook Page with over 35K fans.
Thank you for sharing your comment. You include some very valid points. The "like" button has significantly changed the way brands will market their products and services. As you mention in your article on the Infinigraph Blog, key influencers or "Brand Ambassadors" (btw I like this term ;-) ) are key to social media campaign success. Thanks again for sharing and I look forward to reading more of your work!
Thanks for the comment Eddie! Yes, we need to know who our target market is and provide the tools that attract them. I am a huge fan of location based services and a big fan of your generation! It is equally important that businesses claim their locations on Facebook, Foursquare and Google. They must take possession of their listings and optimize them effectively.
Thank again Eddie!
