Risa Goldberg evangelizes social collaboration across Accenture's 330,000+ employees, connecting people to knowledge and experts. She created and leads an upward mentoring program for CXOs and senior executives, focusing on one-on-one education and strategy unique to the individual. Risa is famous at Accenture for her internal blog, resulting in such a strong personal brand, it lead to her role today. She also serves as the social moderator for firmwide global webcasts (thus, the green screen in the picture). Risa graduated the University of Florida with a BS and MBA in Business Administration and started with Accenture directly out of college as a software developer. Risa currently resides in the Big Apple and is a pro and helping teams work virtually.
