Great article Hesham!
Love this post. So many people misunderstand the power of adding value through commenting. I personally want to hear what people think about what I have written on my blog or ask questions if they don't fully understand a topic.
It is more benefitial for everyone if there is a dialog to further discuss the topic at hand. It is interesting to me how many people will send me a private message to ask a question about something I have written, when it would benefit everyone if they were to ask their question in a comment on the post.
All of these apps seem like they will be very useful but I really like the fan page forum app. I think this will make communication with our team much easier to follow rather than having to jump around from group to group.
Also, the FAQ app will provide quick refference for my new team members to find answers to common questions.
Thanks for the Great post John!
