What about alert posts from pages that get low engagement? I work at a large college and we post pertinent traffic info, closings, cancellations and so on, that get very few comments or likes because they are not meant to engage but rather inform. Our students have responded well to alerts via FB so that is why we use FB as a channel for that kind of info.

So was it worth it for RedBull? I mean their street cred for being a badass brand skyrocketed, but the jump didn't make me (or anyone else I know) go out and buy their product. I'm sure one million is nothing to them, but you have to think that all this stunt enduced excitement will eventually wear off and people will again focus on the fact they sell engry drinks and not daredevil equipment.
I am interested in starting an Instagram account for the college I work for but need to be able to show user metrics and ROI for the time used. Are there any analytics available or any you would suggest? Also, is there a recommended way to go about Instagraming if your company doesnt provide you with a phone to Instagram from?
