Very basic stuff, doesn't give any new pointers. Would have appreciated more if it had new information.
Very nice article Barry. Is it possible for you to give the link of the site? Just curious how a quality but seemingly failure project looks like :P
Engagement is surely important. But sadly enough, my personal experience would say, it works better with retaining existing customers. Its is not the Holy Grail of getting NEW leads/customers or sales for that matters.
Hi Mandy, this is a great presentation. The basic regarding the importance of data has been duly emphasized. I was wondering however, if any part of your presentation included/referred to tools or method of measuring tactical analysis between generating leads and generating customers/sales. I am a social game marketer, and farely new at that. Your suggestions would be hugely helpful.
