Just an update on the Facebook page. It has grown to over 30,000 in less than 12 hours. It's being mentioned on every news outlet and even the Seattle stations that are reporting on the riot are promoting the page.

I appreciate that and feel much the same way. As a Canadian I am often blown away at the way that passion is sometimes expressed as anger. We're generally not like that up here. Probably because we have to huddle together for warmth. :) ha ha ha.

Thanks so much for your comments. I really appreciate them. It was tough not to say "lighten up" but I understand that some people are unable to express themselves in a constructive way and go right for the personal attack as a defensive mechanism.

Thanks so much for your note Chris! I think you really have something here. I have found it easier and easier to get clients to understand that ROI isn't all about the numbers.
Now that SMM is IN YOUR FACE C-level execs are having a harder and harder time ignoring it.
I like to lead with "your brand is being discussed online. do you want to be involved in the discussion or not? because whether you are, or your not, customers are talking."
