Great info Jim- Michael Gillen stole my words. So what do you think are some criteria for a business to find a firm that "knows what they are doing in the SEO department"?
I feel like the Times doesn't have a personal product, so auto posting is not something I wont tell them NOT to do. People expect some kind of newsie-news to be fed to them in some sort of scheduled form. Interaction is the point for sure- Im just a purist :)
