Hey, Paul! Thanks so much for reading. Just to clarify, your business page is set to private and the public can share content from your site with a LinkedIn button? Or are you saying several people from your company use their personal LinkedIn pages privately?
If using privately works for you, that's great! However, I have to question why you wouldn't have a public LinkedIn page for your business. This gives you a public presence that might be wider than just an individual user working LinkedIn privately.
