I hate signs outside offices that say 'Parking For Directors and Senior Employees Only' - I don't think that they give a particularly 'warm welcome' to customers and visitors, and we all know that 'first impressions count' (as do 'last impressions', and (if there is such a thing) 'middle impressions' too when it comes to it!).
Being 'easy to do business with' is a key factor for success when it comes to great customer experiences, so, it's good to see when organisations provide advice on things like parking when you arrive at their premises.
However, I can't help thinking that perhaps, Northampton General Hospital should perhaps 'think again' about the advice they give to their visitors!
I often suggest that people 'stand in their own queues' to get an understanding of what customers 'experience' when they call or visit - I think they need to be careful in this case!
