Which of these two feedback letters would you prefer to receive?
Same words, different punctuation, different meanings:
Dear Andy
I need a business speaker who knows what customer service is all about. You are humorous, passionate, motivational. Experts who are not like you admit to being pretentious and patronising. You have ruined us for other speakers. We yearn to engage with you. We have no fun whatsoever when you're not at our events. We can have a brilliant time. Last time you spoke you got everyone involved fired up!
Yours
