The updates just keep on rolling out at Instagram. This week, some users have spotted a new title option for Instagram Live, which appears on the pre-launch screen, and could help to add more context for your viewers.

Shared on Twitter by user Giuseppe Foresta (and Matt Navarra), as you can see here, the new option appears at the top of the Instagram Live launch tile, prompting you to 'add a title for your viewers'.
The title frame could help get more people to watch your Live stream, particularly those who catch up at a later time, as it will be the first image shown on the Live tile in user feeds. It could also give Instagram another way to showcase relevant content, using the words in the description in a similar way to hashtags to uncover related material.
In the broader scheme, it's a relatively small addition, but it's another way to help boost interest and interaction with your Instagram Live content, which, along with Live question stickers, can help to add a more polished, focused element to your streams - and could be particularly beneficial for brand creators.
There's no word on the current availability, or the potential of a larger roll-out, at this stage.
