It's not regular that something innovative shows up at the global arena, caters to a wider customer base and still remains affordable.
I have never been a big Android fan as the OS for me looked too intrusive for the third-party accessibility in picture. It's not that I detested the platform, but even with the Lollipop launched, usability looked restrictive. Technology for android wasn't something I would look forward to as the coding remained simple and even my elder brother tried his hands with a game or an app; something easy and boring though.
My tryst with Android KitKat wasn't pleasing to start with and my incessant searches towards a PC manager, made me find MoboRobo. The name sounds bland but I was taken aback with the technical skills incorporated by the developers as it looked so anti-android. I used the same and the results were enthralling. Today when I tried my hands on the latest Beta version, I just couldn't stop myself sharing the perks offered. For entrepreneurs or even individuals busy with the life-specific charades, this application offers a technological shoulder to rest upon. We do have wearables leading the charts or even those robotic arms, but MoboRobo is technology made simple and highly usable.
The version 3.0.0 Beta exercises a lot of control without being too gimmicky about things! User interfaces do make use of Java applets or Hadoop programming but MoboRobo is simple with the way proficiency is dished out.
First Impressions
The cluttered interface gets a makeover with the intimidating console shown the door. MoboRobo wasn't the best-looking application, my personal view though but the plain expanse added in some complementary shades. The Blue Bar feels much at home with the themes integrated as per choices.
As per usability, this PC manager isn't something to neglect. For the tech freaks the game recommendations would appear and the app discovery will pack in the innovative touch. One nitpick however exists, mainly for the vintage typefaces in picture.
Connectivity: Touching Base with Innovation
For those who prefer technological advancement, this section is certainly a show-stopper. The responsive connections are enhanced with the detection taking 10 seconds at most. The technology might be the revamped sync capabilities and the wireless compatibility. Phone drivers need to be included but that's for the bigger good. Trust me; the interface gets excruciatingly simple sans the bloated sidekicks. The latest version exhibits Wi-Fi support as well.
I looked in for the QR tech which makes use of the scanning mechanism, but MoboRobo v3.0 gets hold of a newer verification system which makes use of the latest technology. But that's for some other day to talk about! I would however like to peek into the way we lose those handy USB cables and this is where the app navigation and the coding come to the fore.
Compatibility: The New Smart
We need to get our handsets recognized with other Mobile-PC managers but out here things are different. It goes without saying that the detection capability is boosted with the latest version and obscurity is given a miss. Android Froyo might have something to complain about but seriously who users that today!
Android versions have been updated and the v2.3 might now look obsolete. MoboRobo doesn't discriminate and offers a seamless interface for transferring messages and contacts alike.
Updating: The New Lineup gets Exciting
The latest changelog has a point dedicate to app updating and most users at Social Media Today might agree to the need for the same. The auto update function has been designed and coded to kill, in terms of performance though. If a lazy soul is reading into this piece, the auto-update spec is right-out enviable, making navigation easy and installations simple. I updated the Google Maps and the bigger chunk didn't pose much trouble in terms of speed.
Play Store or a Look-Alike
The built-in marketplace might overshadow the toolbox for a certain amount of time as the latest version offers a better section of apps which are exclusive of the same. App discovery turns highly intuitive especially targeting the selections.
Backing Up for Good
Data backups need a technological base to get initiated. I would like to start with the cloud computing crusades but MoboRobo v3.0.3 makes it look simpler and intuitive as well. Be it the contacts or those documents which need to be posted, this application backs up, literally everything. The One touch restore is extremely handy, at least for the first timers like me.
I did try to save the game files, my GTA and NOS ones, but Android blocks the full repertoire with the root access needed for my HTC handset. Rooted or not, this app is a winner for me.
Product refinements are usual but what MoboRobo offers with its latest version, tops out every other rendition. The customizability requires a hint of technological prowess but for the budding entrepreneurs, life gets eased out.
Theme management schemes are added in with the latest changelog in addition to the multilingual support.
