Mike Kujawski is a senior consultant, trainer and professional speaker, specializing in strategic marketing, digital/social media engagement and social behaviour change marketing. His specific niche revolves around helping governments, non-profits and associations excel in the modern digital landscape through evidence-based research and strategic planning.
Mike's consulting work stretches across nearly every industry and typically involves large organizations with 500+ employees. He has led the development of numerous strategic digital engagement plans and social media presence audits, usually working directly with a client's senior management team. His work often includes organizational re-structuring as well as staffing and policy recommendations to support the rapidly evolving digital channel.
A few of Mike's consulting clients include the Office of the Auditor General, CMHC, Public Safety Canada, Department of National Defence, CRTC, Thunder Bay District Health Unit and the Government of Tanzania. Mike is also often asked to provide strategic digital engagement advice to central government agencies in Canada such as the Treasury Board Secretariat, the Privy Council Office and the Senate.
Over and above his consulting work, Mike is an international speaker, blogger and highly sought out trainer in his field.
