Good read Gini and when considering this issue, it’s important to find your own personal sweet spot for your online identity. Use each of your different platforms and networks in a way that’s the most comfortable and makes the most sense to you. my 0.02 $ for your article is that you should reply to this bad reviews as much as you can and as freely as it can be allowed, record and stored apropietly so you can have a study and presentation, it has helped my clients getting merchant account approvals as the situation as you explained is well known, but the lack of action is your worst enemy.
