I like this: "A study featured in Forbes cited that "81% of US respondents indicated posts from their friends directly influence their purchase decisions." i believe that this days this is the same at the most products you want to buy! Friends and family are the top influencers.
The problem is that the hotels has to create a "great story" so all the people will have to share something really big and really exciting.. so they will create virality for the brand and influence other users!
