Especially about the questions. We need top ask questions that generate insights about our customers. Asking "What is your favorite ice cream topping?" may generate some reqponses, but are they of any use to us?

This is the best area to explore such a good post as Twitter genaerlly handles Tweets and even it's bio section has not enough space to promote content so this article is really helpful for promotion point of view.
