Andrew - I've read that you can set up automatic replies to snaps through snapchat, eg: when a business is doing a promotion users snap the business, and the business automatically replies with a discount code snap. I'm having trouble finding the method to do this. Does it exist? And if so, can you explain or where can I find more information?
